YOU CAN DO THIS AND I CAN HELP

I’m Amy Levine Cohen - a gluten-free foodie and a mindbodygreen Functional Nutrition Expert.

When my husband and I decided as a couple to go gluten free and then dairy free before it was popular, we went all in. We knew in order for it to truly work for the body - it had to be 100%. We took the leap and never turned back. Our son has been GF since birth. Our pup too!

To leave inflammation and other symptoms behind, giving up gluten for good is a lifestyle we learned. More than 15 years in, we have truly leveled up how to eat gluten free and more recently dairy free and do it well! We love what we eat and feel great!

So here I am to share our secrets to success so you can fast track the learning curve with my simple 5 Step Process.

It will surely get you to give up gluten, dairy or both, love what you’re eating and enjoy your foodie life!

LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER!

Discovering I needed to be gluten free was very overwhelming. I struggle to eat diversely in general, so giving up an entire category of food sounded daunting. Working with Amy completely ameliorated any fears attached to such a big change. Her encyclopedic knowledge and kind support quickly put me at ease. After just one session I felt confident to read food labels and order in restaurants. She periodically checked in to see how I was doing; which was very helpful and motivating. Amy has made this big life transition smooth and easy.
